SCOTUS On PA Ballot Case
2/22/2021 This is the dissent from Justice Thomas, Justice Alito and Justice Gorsuch regarding the denial of a writ of certiorari for the court case regarding the mail in ballots in Pennsylvania. SCOTUS declared the case to be moot! The final paragraph from the dissent: "One wonders what this Court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us. I respectfully dissent." See the dissent

2/18/2021 The Upper St. Clair Republican Committee voted (by quorum) to send a Letter of Censure to Senator Pat Toomey regarding his vote to impeach & convict Donald J. Trump. The letter states: "As a fellow Republican, I ask you to make your decisions going forward on a more informed basis. Facts as generated by objective research, not facts as generated by mainstream pro-left media and DNC." See the letter
